Privacy Policy – OneTwoPlay

1. Information We Collect

When a user launches one of our apps, we create an anonymous user profile using Firebase Authentication. This profile:

• Does not require login, email, or any personal information
• Uses an auto-generated anonymous ID
• Includes a randomly generated, non-editable nickname (e.g., "MathHero123") used only within the app

We may also collect the following non-personal data to support gameplay:

• Approximate country/region based on IP address
• Device type, OS version, and language preferences
• In-game progress, XP, leaderboard rank, and earned rewards
• Virtual currency data (e.g., gems or Learning Points / LP used to unlock features or rewards)

2. Children's Privacy

For apps directed at children under 13, we comply fully with COPPA and GDPR-K. These apps:

• Do not collect personal information
• Use only anonymous, non-editable nicknames
• Provide contextual, non-personalized ads from approved child-safe networks (e.g., Admob, Unity Ads in child-directed mode)

We do not allow children to enter personal data or make purchases without appropriate parental controls. Any rewards are virtual and for educational or entertainment use only.

3. Apps for General Audiences (13+)

Some of our apps are intended for users aged 13 and older. These may include competitive challenges, reward-based progression, or digital incentives. We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).

Apps for older audiences may display ads, leaderboards, or offer virtual items for gameplay enhancement. No personal data is collected, shared, or sold to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted tools like Firebase (Google), Admob and Unity Ads. All services are configured appropriately based on the app's target audience. These tools may collect:

• Technical device data
• Language and region
• Anonymous gameplay statistics

5. Security

We take data protection seriously. All data is stored securely using Firebase infrastructure. We do not store names, emails, or contact details.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain anonymized user data (XP, scores, progress) for as long as needed to support gameplay. Inactive anonymous accounts may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

Users of general audience apps (13+) can request data deletion directly within the app by following the instructions provided in the in-app settings menu.

In child-directed apps (under 13), data can also be deleted via the same in-app process, but access to deletion is protected by a parental gate to prevent unauthorized access by children.
